Horton Interiors was appointed as the fit-out contractor and completed the largest collaborative and flexible co-working centre in Ras Al Khaimah. A dedicated facility for companies to set up their operation. The space includes various collaboration areas, focused work areas, meeting rooms, etc.

We cut open the structural slab to create connectivity between the two floors and develop a spacious central atrium. Drawing in all the natural light, taking advantage of the high ceiling and the minimalistic palette, we were able to create an airy, vibrant and modern workspace ambience. Exposed ceiling, exposed bricks, warm tones and sustainable materials enhanced the inviting and engaging nature of the space. The tiered seating transforms into a staircase leading to the upper floor, facilitates informal gatherings, and has an impressive event space when needed.
