Land Sterling, a market leader in real estate consultancy, had appointed Horton Interiors for the design and build for the expansion of their Dubai office.
The project was fast-paced, and the challenge was to complete it within 30 days. Materials were sourced locally to meet the client’s deadline. High ceilings painted in white, efficient lighting, and streamlined positioning of workstations enhanced the walkways and created a light, airy, modern, collaborative and energy-efficient working environment.
