Horton Interiors was honoured to design and build Land Sterling’s 10,242 sq ft workspace located in Dubai Silicon Oasis. With the success of the first project completed in 2018, this new office represents the next phase in the client’s workplace journey. Land Sterling is a well-established property consultancy known for its clarity, professionalism, and forward-thinking approach, and the new space was envisioned to support their growth while reinforcing trust and confidence with clients.

The objective was to create an office that feels open, calm, and welcoming, moving away from the cold formality typically associated with corporate environments. The client sought a space that reflects their professional stature while offering a more human and approachable experience for both clients and employees. Comfort, transparency, and ease of movement were key priorities, alongside a layout that supports day-to-day operations and team interaction.

Horton Interiors approached the project with a focus on thoughtful spatial planning and restrained design. An angled ceiling and sculptural reception desk define the arrival experience, while natural materials, soft tones, and layered textures create warmth throughout the space. Open areas are balanced with quieter zones, allowing natural light to flow while supporting focus and productivity. The result is a practical, refined workplace that aligns with Land Sterling’s identity and supports how the team works every day.
