Role Description:

• Work under the Project Engineer and Project Manager, executing instructions and ensuring project goals are met.
• Daily follow-up on-site activities to ensure alignment with the project schedule and reporting any deviations.
• Assist in implementing the daily work plan provided by the Project Engineer or Manager, ensuring all teams are coordinated and on-task.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, ensuring they meet deadlines and quality standards as set by the management team.
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure construction and finishes adhere to approved designs and specifications.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports to the Project Engineer and Project Manager.
• Ensure all materials are delivered and used on schedule, coordinating closely with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Support in addressing technical issues on-site by coordinating with the Project Engineer for resolution.
• Ensure proper adherence to health and safety standards on-site, reporting any concerns to the relevant project leadership.
• Act as the first point of contact on-site for any minor issues or questions, escalating major concerns to the Project Engineer or Manager.
• Ensure all construction activities are properly documented, including any changes or delays.
• At least 5 years of experience working in fit-out companies, particularly with high-end projects.
