Horton Interiors Dubai is looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee our fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, technical expertise in fit-out processes, and exceptional leadership skills.

DESCRIPTION:

Project Planning and Scheduling:

• Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation using project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Track project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure timely completion.

Budget Management:

• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and resource optimisation.
• Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving measures where possible.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Implement and oversee risk management processes and procedures.

Technical Oversight:

• Ensure a thorough understanding of fit-out processes, materials, and methods for commercial and residential projects.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.

Stakeholder Management:

• Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and manage project teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other professionals.
• Motivate and guide team members to achieve project goals.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, or similar.
• Additional certifications in quality management or safety are beneficial.
• Proven track record of managing fit-out projects from inception to completion.
• Experience in both commercial and high-end residential projects.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with industry trends and technologies.
