Horton Interiors Dubai is looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee our fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, technical expertise in fit-out processes, and exceptional leadership skills.
DESCRIPTION:
Project Planning and Scheduling:
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation using project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Track project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure timely completion.
Budget Management:
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and resource optimisation.
- Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Implement and oversee risk management processes and procedures.
Technical Oversight:
- Ensure a thorough understanding of fit-out processes, materials, and methods for commercial and residential projects.
- Maintain knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
Stakeholder Management:
- Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage project teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other professionals.
- Motivate and guide team members to achieve project goals.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, or similar.
- Additional certifications in quality management or safety are beneficial.
- Proven track record of managing fit-out projects from inception to completion.
- Experience in both commercial and high-end residential projects.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with industry trends and technologies.
