The DLP & Snagging Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating post-handover services during the Defects Liability Period (DLP). The role involves addressing any issues reported by clients, determining whether they fall within the scope of work, and arranging necessary repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and assess client-reported issues to determine if they fall within the project scope.
- Coordinate and manage the rectification of defects, either personally or by assigning tasks to the technician team or subcontractors.
- Maintain records of all rectification works during the DLP in a central file.
- Liaise with contractors and subcontractors to ensure the timely completion of outstanding snagging works.
- Ensure client payments are processed for works outside the project scope.
Requirements:
- Extensive technical knowledge of construction processes and MEP systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
