Horton Interiors Dubai is looking for an experienced and dynamic Bid Coordinator who will be responsible for managing and coordinating the preparation and submission of high-quality bids and proposals. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to ensure timely and successful bid submissions.

DESCRIPTION

Bid Management:

  • Lead the end-to-end bid process, ensuring all deadlines are met and submissions are of the highest quality.

Documentation:

  • Prepare and review all bid documents, including proposals, presentations, and supporting materials.

Coordination:

  • Work closely with internal teams (design, engineering, finance, commercial, etc.) to gather necessary information and ensure all bid requirements are fulfilled.

Compliance:

  • Ensure all bids comply with company policies, client requirements, and industry standards.

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement bid strategies that enhance the company’s competitive advantage.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Liaise with clients, partners, and subcontractors to gather insights and foster strong relationships.

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify upcoming opportunities and trends in the industry.

Quality Assurance:

  • Review and edit bid content for accuracy, clarity, and impact.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks in the bidding process and develop mitigation strategies.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Continuously refine and improve bid processes and documentation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in bid management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
