Horton Interiors Dubai is looking for an experienced and dynamic Bid Coordinator who will be responsible for managing and coordinating the preparation and submission of high-quality bids and proposals. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to ensure timely and successful bid submissions.
DESCRIPTION
Bid Management:
- Lead the end-to-end bid process, ensuring all deadlines are met and submissions are of the highest quality.
Documentation:
- Prepare and review all bid documents, including proposals, presentations, and supporting materials.
Coordination:
- Work closely with internal teams (design, engineering, finance, commercial, etc.) to gather necessary information and ensure all bid requirements are fulfilled.
Compliance:
- Ensure all bids comply with company policies, client requirements, and industry standards.
Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement bid strategies that enhance the company’s competitive advantage.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Liaise with clients, partners, and subcontractors to gather insights and foster strong relationships.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify upcoming opportunities and trends in the industry.
Quality Assurance:
- Review and edit bid content for accuracy, clarity, and impact.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks in the bidding process and develop mitigation strategies.
Continuous Improvement:
- Continuously refine and improve bid processes and documentation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
