Normally done over a coffee in our material library and think tank, we ascertain all your project aspirations and requirements. Our team will also gather the necessary site information and documentation to start the project smoothly.

During this stage, our team will create a concept by utilizing the information gathered during the preparation and briefing stage. This is a fluid process where we collaborate regularly to create a concept truly catered to your needs. By the end of this phase, you will be able to fully visualize your design through a series of 3D renders, furniture layouts, outline material specifications, and an initial cost plan for the fit-out works.

During this stage, we implement the agreed concept throughout all areas of the space, select actual finishes from physical samples and provide a more detailed and updated cost plan for the fit-out works.

During this stage, our technical design team will prepare all the necessary documentation for the construction team to execute the fit-out exactly as per the concept, Including, detailed layouts (or BIM model if required), drawings, and FF&E specifications, that will make up the Issue For Construction pack (IFC). We will also prepare all the necessary documentation ready to submit for compulsory approvals and building permits and finalize the cost plan for the fit-out works.
